Khangela respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This notice explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies or collect personal information automatically. When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, job title, organisation, email address and phone number.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange briefings or demonstrations, and continue correspondence you have started with us. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not share your information with third parties, except service providers who help us operate our email and communication systems, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, or as required by law, and then delete it securely.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, email privacy@khangelarsa.com.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
